Depression- a small word but an impactful one. It slows down our heartbeat and we feel difficulty breathing. Something from the inside wants to come out so desperately but gets stuck in the throat. When we fail to express our anger, emotions, frustrations we slowly sink deep into depression. It may be addictive, too as it redirects our emotions towards addiction or cravings. Unknowingly, we start to walk down the path we never dreamt we would. It is important to vent this emotion out of our body and mind. Though it is easier said than done, still we need to take the initiative. The best way is to be expressive and to expel all the negative thoughts out of our heart and mind.
